New feeders for me - Roaches

So my little girl (3 month panther chameleon) has not been as accepting to her crickets lately. I also give her horn worms and the very occasional meal worm, both of which she loves to hand eat. But I recently decided to try and use some dubia roaches since there seems to be a strike on crickets. The the roaches I am giving are about the maximum size she should be able to eat (a little less wide than her eyes). So my main question is this - HOW MANY SHOULD I FEED HER A DAY? More or less than how many crickets I fed her?

Thanks for your help guys! any other tips are appreciated as well.

At her age, as many as she will eat. Remember that bigger bugs are not always better (choking). You can always go smaller.
