Hello!

I just got an 8 month old Jackson's. It's my first chameleon (my boyfriend and I also have a 2.5 year old diamondback terrapin). His name is Nubs... because he's missing half his tail. He compensates for it with a very strong hind leg grip! I'll probably be asking all sorts of questions about chameleon husbandry since from what I've read, there are a lot of answers on here!

Just wanted to introduce myself, and Nubs. Here's a close-up of the little dude.

Thanks this is torture having to wait. I wish I had the money to get one. But I have to wait till August because I dont have the money right now. And I mean torture every body is getting all these new chams and I have to wait.

Where did you get him I live in Canada and I cannot find one anywhere. I want ot get one in August but I cannot find a breeder that will ship to Canada. And most of the breeders for Chams in Canada are only Panthers and Veileds.

I got him at an exotic fish / reptile deeler in LA. They have a variety of species and I went there a lot to check all the chams out before taking one home. I know there are a variety of online deelers... i dont know how much faith I have in that but you can maybe post something about that to get feedback from experienced chameleon owners here. Thanks and yeah. This is the hardest thing ive ever done. LOL. I cannot find one anywhere. I wish USA could ship to Canada with Animals that would be alot easier.
