need help

I would refer you here. Follow the format. This will help so that we can all try to help you figure out what is going on with your lady.

Is this the veiled that you have only had for a short time? How old is she? If she is over 6 months of age does she have a place to dig to lay eggs in her cage?

Is she pooping? Eating?

What do you mean she's a little dry?

We need more information!

ive had her for about 3 months and she just looks dry but she finally started moving she just stayed in one spot all day yesterday so im worried....she was moving around today but she ate a little and she has gone to the bathroom..so maybe she is okay!!!

mmmm hmmm.
Maybe she is getting ready to shed.
They look a little chalky sometimes before shedding.
Is she eating? (was that already answered? If so sorry)

Do they do this before shedding? Because my juvenile female veiled is acting the same way. She didn't get up to bask this morning because the basking bulb turned on late. She seems healthy. But she is still in the same spot where she went to sleep. She also went to sleep an hour or two early.

How old / how big is she?
If she's a baby you shouldn't shower her yet at all.
Before 5 or 6 months old, use a misting bottle with pretty warm water in it and soak her with that.
If she's really little you want to be careful not to mist her face. Babies can aspirate water and drown.
