Need help with sick Veil

My son is away and his Veil Chameleon began w/listness, falling, blood in stool, and not eating. Symptoms became eminent this am. Trying to keep him warm, somewhat external hydrated. and made hammocks so he wont fall.
How do I find a qualifed vet in San Fernando Valley, or Simi Valley, or anywhere in LA on Saturday nite.....My son would be so upset if Bud died.

When did the chameleon seem to fail?

I have to say that "blood in stool" sort of screams "get to vet" to me..it might just be parasites but that takes a vet to fix. Follow the link brigofaith posted and find one in your area (though, it seems like panthercam might have done that research for you).

As this is not your chameleon, it might be impossible for you to complete the form that Synn has asked you to complete.

In that case, please just give us the information you can. If you can take pictures of the chameleon, the enclosure, the lighting , that would be very helpful.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that even if you cannot fill in the form because this is not your animal, there are people here who can help you.

Just because one poster says there can be no help does not mean that is true. Give us the information you can give and I'm sure everyone will try to help.

Check out Dr. Greek. He is a great vet and prices are not that bad. He is in Yorba Linda just off the 91 and the savi ranch exit by Costco.
