If it were me, I'd give her more places to hide up in the higher realms. Maybe you could hang a small pothos from the top? I think it's possible you're getting hissed at because she doesn't have a place she feels she can safely hide from you.
Chameleons don't seem to mind a wall or part of the scenery being those colors but they do react to black when its on something that moves like an animal/person. I think its because most chameleons take on dark colors when they are angry or warning off another animal. As for the red and pink...those are opposite colors to green I think on a color wheel and that might have something to do with it.
