Im not educated enough on that kind of stuff to advise you one way or the other. Is start by finding out the exact chemicals used and go from there to looking up the safety data sheet on it.

Dawn dish soap and hot water and rinsing are your best bet for removing most residues. Dilution is the solution to pollution.
