So about 3 weeks ago a bought 25 medium to small horn worms. The first time I placed the worm in the cage, the cham did not know what it is and what to do with it. But, after about couple of minutes he gobbled it down. I placed one more and he ate that one too. For the next couple of days I was placing one or two in the cage in the morning and by night time they were gone. For the past week, he does not even looking at them. I place them on the vine and it could be right next to him, but he just not interested. I do feed him 5 to 6 small crickets in the morning, but that is about it. I am leaving for a long weekend and was going to place 3 or 4 horn worms, but now I am not sure he will ea them.

Any ideas how do I make him eat the worms again?

You can't make him eat the horn worms. Jacksons don't eat a lot. If you feed him 5 or 6 crickets it is possible he is full. An thus, no room for the horn worms.
You can entice him to eat the horn worms by stop feeding him crickets for two or three days. He will probably be hungry by then and would most likely start eating the horn worms.
Chameleons also develop their likes and dislikes of food items. Or better said, they develop their preferences of food items. It is also possible, when you first introduced the horn worms, it was something new, and tried the worms for a while. He may like crickets better.
