my jackson has shedded bur not fully Please help

You can put her in a shower for like 10-15mins. Make the shower head hits the wall and the water mist will hit in her direstion. You can also add a couple of mistings which will up the humidity to aid in her shed.
Last option, you can try a wet Q Tip and see how that works.

how hot or cold should the water be in the shower and isnt regular water bad for her???

It should be warm, not hot. I put my cham in the shower every 2 weeks. Haven't had any issues.

You can use a plant, but the dirt makes a mess [Drains from the bottom of the pot] or you can use something else. I use a Parrot stand.

i just held a stick in there she seemed to enjoy it she was green the entire time just kinda freaked me out cuz one of her eyes got real big then i got her a lil further away and she was normal pretty creepy tho

Lol, yeah. I freaked out the first time I seen that aswell. She was just cleaning out her eye. Nothing to worry about.

well it sure got her moving she was crawling all over me in and out of the water was crazy
