Please look over the care sheets here on the forum. They are under the resources tab at the top of the forum. And if you want us to help you tweak your husbandry or make suggestions for a happy healthy guy you can fill out the "How to ask for help" questions that you can find in the Health Clinic. I aways like to fill that out and have others critique so that they can help me catch something that I might have missed.
One thing I would like to suggest is that you remove the substrate at the bottom of the cage. Chams can easily ingest in and cause impaction.

The substrate is completely flattened now so it's literally impossible to get in his mouthWelcome to the forums. I hope you find a good place for support and information here.

I would still remove it as it can also harbor bacteria and without it its easier to clean. And since you have a guy you wont need a laying bin!

Flattened? Is it glued to the bottom or is it like dirt? I would just fear that in going for a feeder he will get some ingested.
And I agree with @Theveiled, it is too easy for bacteria to grow especially with the amount of humidity it takes for chams.

Make it Bio-active! Its hard to do for a larger chameleon in a smaller enclosure though. If I were you, if you plan on keeping him in a viv, I would go ahead and buy an Xl viv and fully plant it. Bio-Active set ups look more naturalistic and if set up properly, clean themselves! So you can use substrates, if used and set up properly.

I have a drip try under a grate in mine so that I have drainage. Many use paper towels and that what I used to do.
