Hydration is going to be a biggie. JMO and open for other to chime in.
I would get plastic clear wrap and put on the sides and back (outside---easy to do}
Call vet and find out exact meds used (to many vet use different meds).
Meds are used for different things, so important to know what was found in his tests (it is a hassle, but learning can be)

If you are motivated enough a phone call or copy of visit can let us know. Many others have shared vet visit paperwork to help.
Use smaller food items if he can eat on his own. No superworms, mealworms or waxworms until he can keep food down. Make sure he has a good basking site to help with digestion.
FROM his looks, he looks stronger than others that have survived, but we don't know the internal stuff.
