My chameleon isn’t using her back right foot/leg! We've had her about a year and a half and today she stopped using this leg.

She fell from one of her branches and I don’t know if that’s how she got injured or is she fell because she wasn’t using this foot. I’ve seen discussion about both legs and tail being paralyzed but this is just one foot/leg. Any suggestions on how to help her or figure this out? I don’t have a great vet near me that specializes in lizards and we’re trying to not go out and about if we can avoid it with all this social distancing in place.
