My chameleon is shedding is that a good thing?

MY younger panther chameleon is sheding is that a good thing? Does it mean he is growing or he is stressed out? PLEASE HELP!!

Yes, its a good thing. They shed with they grow.

LoL its a really good thing.... they will shed once a mont until they get full grown then it will slow down.... are these your first chams?

lol.. yes I have had many different mammals but never a reptile.. I posted soem pictures of my chams on another post I will post them to my profile...
