Shedding is a natural process and usually occurs just fine without any of our intervention. Younger chams will have that most instantaneous ‘proof’ of the whole body, while adults may shed body part by body part. Chams are dry shedders, so misting her will make the shed skin stick more. The only times we need to intervene is if she’d gets stuck around and is constricting the blood supply to a limb or tail, and this is quite rare. Make sure your temps and humidity are on point - 80F basking max temp and 30-50% humidity. Correct supplementation is also important.
