What is that?? This was when we first bought him from petsmartYour cham looks to have MBD.
That picture was taken the first of December the one in the hand! The first one was taken todayClick on the link. It is a thread on what MBD is and how you can fix it. How long ago did you take the first pic. https://www.chameleonforums.com/thr...-like-how-it-happens-and-how-to-fix-it.95071/
Let us help you. I adopted my veiled from a large chain because she had mbd. I took her and it took a year to get her completely put back together. She has to go to the vet. You need prescription calcium drops to load her up. She needs to have a new uvb bulb but she needs some straight natural sun as well. Those things will greatly change her prognosis. Be diligent. What is that?? This was when we first bought him from petsmart
What kind of bulb?I got my new bulb today! Hopefully I can get him straightened out!
Ok, the long kind are better, but this one will work. Do you have something to take temperatures? Set up a basking spot (how old is she) around 80°) higher if she is older and has some maturity to take care of her own warmth, put the bulbs close together to lure her w comfort. just make sure she is w/i 10-12 inches from her uvb a lot of the time. She needs that 12 hours a day w/o fail. Get calcium w and w/o vitamin d. Your vet may give her a vitamin D shot or drops. Idk. Mine got drops. I dust everything w calcium.every 2 weeks I dust w calcium and vitamin D.
