Veileds can lay anywhere from a few eggs to 80 depending partly on how much they are fed at certain times during their cycle.
I assume she is sitting bum down in the hole since you are saying she is laying her eggs...or is she still digging? Don't let her see you watching her if she is still digging.
Let her lay the eggs and bury them (even thought they won't be fertile). When she is done and has gone back up into the branches you can dispose of them and feed her well for a couple of days to help her recover. Then, depending on how many eggs she laid, you may/should make adjustments to her diet.
