My repti rain goes of for 15 seconds every 3 hours and I do some in between

Okay, you'll need to get a better mister for your daytime mistings, like a CliMist or Mist King, though an Exo Terra Monsoon can work, too. Each daytime misting session needs to be a minimum of 2-5+ minutes long each time. One misting around lights off and one around lights on, along with one in the late afternoon if needed to help humidity, will suffice. Shorter bursts of mistings during the night, or a cool-mist fogger at night, if you have the proper parameters for one, is great, as well. Adding a dripper during the day ensures he can take a drink whenever he wants too.
