Moving Gravid Females?

I have a large exo-terra terratium for my 2.7 r.brevicaudatus. I was thinking of setting up 2 smaller terrariums with a mixture of soil and sand to move the gravid females into. This is because I want to make it easier for me to find the eggs. Is this a good idea and how do I know for sure a female is gravid?

From what I heard about pygmy chams is want 5 gallon per pygmy at least so they are not so stressed and usually on one per group depending on size of the cage. So cage probably not big enough to house those chasm. How many gallons is it. I'm sure you would be if move your tragic female to a separate cage. Signs if you see her digging, maybe loss in appetite or sometime even see the bulge of the eggs.
