more opinions needed

I've got her booked in at the vet but i'd like to sound it out here , some will know i've been posting about her decline and adjusting to the feedback , well her stool has now changed and i'm leaning more to parasites, but i've also noticed some oval lumps under her skin towards the rear , do gravid females produce runny stool, she's had a shower today after her stool as the urate seems terrible .

Ive put her in her laying bin just now but she doesn't seem to want to be in there at all is this normal???

She looks dehydrated from the orange urate.

Yeah thats what i tought too so she's had a shower , but never really saw her drink any , is it safe to shower her again later?
