Month Old Jackson's Chameleon Sperm Plug? (NSFW: Chameleon Porn) (jk)

Jackson's Chameleon (T. j. xantholophus), most likely Male? if this is a sperm plug, A month and a week old, been in my care since it was born.

So I noticed the other day that there were two little whiteish knubs coming out from one of my baby chameleon's butt. I tried to pluck it off while using a napkin but the little guy wouldn't stay still and every time I got near, he would climb the napkin. I did get a piece of it once or twice but it didn't come out.

What could it be? Is it a sperm plug? But is it even possible for a youngin to produce sperm? Or is it like anal blockage or something worse?

I've attached pics and I edited them so that it's easier to see.

It looks too big for a sperm plug, and most chams don't get them till they are older.

I feel it could be some sort of prolapse.

Has it gone back in?

From what I've gathered from searching (other forum members, experienced keepers on this subject should correct me if I'm wrong):

It's rather common for adolescent males to have hemipene prolapses (usually a light to medium pinkish in color, usually corrects itself) - though can become a problem if not corrected. How long have they been out? Do not try to remove them. :p

Yes this is completely correct. Please don't remove his hemipene, I am guessing that could kill him. Also don't pull as that could cause a prolapse.
