I know this has been discussed many times before and it seems the answers have been toxic toxic toxic. But I found a couple site that suggests non-toxic to pets and animals and states if eaten, may be same as eating grass where mild vommiting or diarrhea occurs.

I have seen the FDA list which suggests it is toxic but if you do a search for a lot of memeber's favorite the infamous ficus it suggests that is toxic as well. I think it is just concidered toxic because it is fairly new to the market and not enough information therefore precautions are taken stating toxic when the seeds of the plant can be eaten raw or roasted. Any thoughts from personal experience? Just trying to decide if I should go with that or not because IMO I think it is a very attractive looking plant that would be a nice addition.
