mixing carnivore care

i got some carnivore care small amount pre-mixed from the vet on friday and it was a thin ,watery consistency today opened the pouch to make a new batch and followed the instructions and when i was done it was alot thicker
then i added a tiny amount of water and it was still thick ,i feed it to lucky a veiled chameleon.

does anyone know anything about this product and how its prepared for chameleons?

she ate the thicker stuff i made,the hospital is open tommorow so i figure im gonna call them to verify how they recomend i mix this.
