mistking problem

All 3 of the nozzles that i was shipped with my MistKing setup appear to be clogged. even when i loosen the ends by unscrewing them to the point where they almost fall off, no water or air will pass through. Any fix for this?

thanks in advance.

Many folks recommend soaking the tips in vinegar for anywhere from 15 minutes or so to as long as overnight. I had the same problem with the tips from my monsoon (which is crap and has been replaced with an aquazamp) but it did help.

Is it possible you got air in your pump? If you disconnect your lines where it comes out of the pump and let it run a couple of min it should re prime it and you'll get better pressure at the heads - on my pump it has a little gray circle that the line goes into you have to hold in while pulling out the line-
It just seems unlikely that all three would be clogged at the same time and having air in the pump would cause it to act like they are clogged.
You'll be able to tell if it's the problem right away as you'll get some water but not a steady stream run it till you get a nice flow and then hook it back up and see if it works.

Have you tried priming the pump, then testing the nozzles? It may be the lack of pressure in your lines and not the nozzles.

thanks, i will try this. However, the nozzles i have are the adjustable value nozzles. they are a 3 piece assembly. i can take them apart into the three pieces and blow through each piece(by mouth) except for the nozzle's end. Even on the nozzles that were still packaged and i had yet to try to hook up to the system yet.

i may try the vinegar trick too. Thanks.

Repriming the pump seems to have done the trick. Thanks Everyone. Goodbye Monsoon. Hello MistKing.
