Mistking issues possibly new timer?

Hope someone can help
just this last Saturday i went to the Sacramento reptile expo and picked up the starter mistking...only problem is i cant get it to work and have sent marty a pm as well as emails to the website but no response yet...
When the unit is plugged in the timer display works and allows me to program as well as displays the correct input as desired but will not activate the pump no matter what setting i put it on from on to auto even the manual bypass and no luck. However if i just hook the power supply to the pump itself it works instanly ...
So the timer display works and allows me to program.....
The pump works without the timer so the pump works.....
And all the connections and visible wires look good......
Soim feeling lost any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like it's a problem with the timer. I had a button that didn't work when I got mine and Marty sent me a replacement pretty quick. I'm sure as soon as he sees your email he will respond. If it's not working when on or with the bypass then that's the only thing I can guess is that its a problem in the timer itself.
