MistKing Installation Problems

Not sure whats going on here. The black tubing uses compression fittings. You shove the little black round clips springy side into the T. Then you shove the black tubing in and try to yank it out. That sets the compression fitting so it doesnt leak.

Your are missing parts or something. You dont fit tubing over these kind of setups, they are like 50-80psi like your house plumbing. There has to be some compression fitting that mounts to that T, either to attach a junction with 2 compression fittings, or a mister nozzle with a compression fitting on the end.

Here is a Tee with 3 compression fittings all ready installed:

Edit:

Ah found it.

SO that is the fitting for the nozzle/bulkhead. You need to attach the rest of it

I think I understand now, the part on the left below goes into the top of my nozzle assembly (cram it in there and yank). Cram the tubing in and yank on both sides as well. The part on the right goes on top of the other nozzle assembly. Is that correct?

This is what my nozzle assembly currently looks like installed.

Nice machining skillz :)

Ya the L is the last nozzle in the chain, and the Tee is an in line nozzle coupler.

The #1 complaint on these units is leaking. The #1 mistake everyone does is shoving the tubing in with all their might and thinking its tight. Ya still gotta pull the tubing out to set the compression.

I can't say thanks enough! I really appreciate it! I even emailed Marty with MistKing and included the same first photo. His response was "these are spares, keep them":(
