MistKing (and other mister) questions

It's a hot day, so I haven't been able to test it in the cages until it cools down. But this is Littlefoot and Mr. Jack's reaction to it... without even turning it on... 🤣🥰

Mom?!! What... ????

If I just sit on the other end and give it the stink eye, everything will be ok. Right??...

I guess my next question is, how long until your chams got used to the mister?

Mr. Jack I don't think has moved since I installed it, and he even turned his nose up at a wax worm... he'll look at me with one eye, but keeps looking at the nozzle.

Yep, totally get. Not trying to argue or push either. Just bringing to light my experience with an cheaper alternative. I've had one for my cham for 2yrs, as previously stated, and a 2nd one we've got for our crested. It's been running with no problem for 18mo now.

And yes you can easily set multiple timers at what ever time of day you want and each session can run anywhere from 0s to 5m. App is pretty easy to follow. As for handling more nozzles, I don't have the manual in front of me so I won't say anything about nozzle count other than I know they sell a four count bundle so there's at least that. For me ( and I think most average keepers outside breeders ) it IMO covers all the bases.

Whatever way someone goes; I wish them all the best in their choice. Nothing worse than dealing with faulty components after a lot of time is spent running hoses, nozzles, etc... Can be a real drag.

Thanks for posting all of this, the videos of it don’t look bad at all either. Yeah I guess years ago there weren’t many options and mistking has been reliable so I think most of us just kept recommending it. Some of the older alternatives didn’t work as well. I’m sure most would love some ways to save money on the hobby.
