Microclimate model b1 (troubles)

Hey all again... Dont realy know if this is something apropiate but hey here it goes my microclimate model b1 has problems... The green and yellow light on it arnt working i replaced the fuse today the heat bulb socket is cone ted into the microclimate as theres 3 wires comeing out 1. Mains 2.heayer 3. Sensor... Wich is printed on above the wires does anyone know what else could be the problem??? I would of took it apart but didant want to mess with it tried looking up a diogram of the inside online but couldant find one dont know if theres an extra fuse inside that???

I've heard lots of problems with fuses in the Microclimate thermostats. This isn't a device that we have available in the us that I know of. Wish I could be of more help.

Oh i haven found anything on the internet at all have tried new fuses i brought the viv a week ago £125 bulbs both went thismorning replaced both bloody money trap lol what type of chameleon is that in your picture such a lovely colour
