I just bought about 50 medium size crickets 3 days ago, but due to the high heat and humidity in my town at the moment almost half have died on me. When I asked the pet store if I could feed my chameleon something else, something that can be refrigerated, they said no and to stick with the crickets. My chameleon is still young and is not larger than 3 inches. What do you recommend? I heard mealworms are okay.
