Just a caveat, my new 8 mo old Nosy Be came to me last week looking really healthy, straight limbs, no bumps etc. So no outward signs. But the very next day I watched him closely. He was shaky and stilted in his gait. But if you didn't know the difference you might not think twice about it.
it got worse, started falling, hadn't eaten. So I took him to the vet and sure enough...MBD.
It was not enough calcium during the months of large growth spurts.
the Vet actually bent his leg like a sippy straw. Now we get to go thru calcium shots, which neither of us like, everyday, than everyother, every three etc.
