I am sorry you are having this problem, I have a Cham with it so I do know what you are going thru. Blood test/ maybe xrays, talk to the Vet. Calcium injections work wonders if you are comfortable weigh that, otherwise he will suggest an oral calcium.
I am going to say something that I will get alot of flak about....
I have spoken to my breeder many times about the medical issues I see here time and time again. They are really surprised when it comes to the supps directive that is common in the forums. I can send you their sched that they have perfected over the past 30plus years of breeding if you like. It is much different than you are used to hearing. I used it, and my chams are strong and healthy. With the exception of the rescue.
