I saw that you are an expert in saltwater aquarium. Have you ever used LED, as a substitute for lighting? I am building some Free Range and Cage set ups right now, with a water base(aka pond) bottom, so I can add extra humidity.

I have a few maintenance tanks that have LEDs but I'm still a skeptic on them for aquarium use they work nicely for plants though
