Mars Curiousity Lander

Damn...I was watching Olympic Gymnastics...but it looks like the pulled that stunt off! I'm unbelievably excited. The whole "hover craft" landing was just too cool to believe!

They said the websites where back up so we could see the images, but none of them are working for me? :(

Does anyone have a link that works to the images?

first photos (shadow of lander, wheel of lander)
not bad given the dust from landing, and that these are the low res haz cam pics.

It is really cool!!! Also the Voyager space probe leaving the solar system at some point. Its really neat the Spirit rover is still kicking, too when it was givin such a short life span.

They have already found evidence of water on Mars. I think its the planet that needs to be explored the most although some of the moons out there I think would be just as interesting if not more.

It may not be a question of if there is life on Mars but was there once life on Mars;)

I love space!
