Male Veiled started showing agression?

So my male chameleon recently started being really shy and kind of aggressive. Hes around 8 months old and has always been willing to climb out on my hand if I reach in his cage since ive had him, and he would turn a bright green. But this past week he always runs away from me if I come near the cage, and he even went after my hand yesterday morning when I was feeding him. I thought he might've been in a bad mood but is lasted for a while. Has anyone ever experienced this?

He's in his teenage years right now. He may mellow out as he gets older but he may not. He is resenting your intrusion into his territory, its not personal!

This happened to me too they become punk teenagers and turn evil all you can do wait and hope they go back

Chams can do that once they get older. Hopefully he will mellow out eventually
