So I'm pretty sure my Faly is a male. Our breeder from chameleon paradise said he was male. I know that even when it comes to an expert, baby chameleons are hard to sex. I think my boy is just a very late bloomer. He's 4 months old and hasn't shown his color yet. I know sometimes it can take up to 6 months for some chams to begin to develop their color. To me, it looks like he does have a small bulge on the underside of his tail.
