K, we understand that you made a mistake, but not refunding that extra that she paid is unethical, and just sleezy. Ive made mistakes sexing, and ive had 2 people come back and say hey its a female, and il offer them a credit for the extra they paid, or a male replacement. No one is being agressive towards you or your business, and she opened this thread out of curiousity. I can see now its definately a female, if you are running an ethical business, and you have ethics of your own, you will trade or refund the chameleon

I told her I will refund her from the beginning, would you like me to email you all the email she send me harrasing me? She didn't post that on the forum and thats why nobody knows the story. She acused me of alot of thing I didn't do such as the animals not being the age they are. Everyone knows that each animals grows differently and I did not lie. I'm a reputable breeder and I love my chameleons. They are my passion, feel free to check out my website and you will understand www.chameleonsgalore.com. It breaks my heart when someone makes you look so bad when you actually go out of your way for your chameleons and not only breed them but rescue them as well. There is always two sides to the story, this one is mine.

If you are so kind as to refund the difference then I will happily post that it has been received and everyone following this thread will know you did the right thing. Personal feelings aside, this is a female chameleon, I paid for a male the difference should be refunded.

Also would like to mention besides all this drama, I did end up with a sweet little girl chameleon who I adore...her name is officially "Elly" and I do my best to spoil her!

just refund her, lets say she was being a total ass about it, which is not what im saying, but lets just pretend, either way it isnt fair to not refund her the money. Its not a late bloomer, ive never seen any male panther older than 2 monthes old look like that, exept ankaramy. Just give her a refund, its a female 100%.

I already told your husband that I will be sending him the difference for the chameleon. He was very kind to me and understood my mistake. I never said I will not be refunding you, but the things you have said about me and my chameleons were not necessary and you did mention my name before as well as were willing to send someone a private message giving out my info. I will get your refund back, even after all the damage was already done.

Actually, all my information was posted in the past with another thread so everyone knew and that's why I'm just trying to defend and explain myself.
