Malagasy Giant Hognose (Leioheterodon madagascariensis )

I just received two of these beautiful snakes a few days ago. They are the fastest things I have ever had to handle. They are still babies right now. As adults they will be around 6ft long. They are young and feisty little suckers. Love to defecate all over the place when you look at them. Present and strike with their mouth closed. In time I will tame them but right now its messy.

You probably don't want to stick your finger down its throat. It is rear fanged. Although the venom is not toxic to humans.

Scary enough to be illegal in Florida I guess.
