Reptiles is pretty good- probably the best.
Selection really is kind of limited unless you want to pay a premium for mags published outside the US.
I really miss reptile and amphibian and the vivarium magazines.
Reptiles can feel a lot like a care sheet sometimes- a lot of the smaller articles now don't even bother with complete information about breeding. Some of the larger ones don't either. But most issues there is one article that is more in depth. R&A and vivarium had deeper information usually, IMO.
Is the mag by TFH still around? That one had the least amount of in depth info usually, but was still a fun read because it wasn't articles about the same animals repeating over and over again over the years. You could learn about more than bearded dragons, blue tongue skinks, panther chameleons, corn snakes and ball pythons... That keeps reptiles magazine a good resource for beginners, but the repeats seem kind of frequent after several years at times...
