I heard madagascar is allowing for imports sometime in November. Is this true? How do I get WC chams? I've never gotten WC before but my species is hard to find and I need varying bloodlines. Thanks in advance

So from what I got:
You have to get a permit from CITES and they give a quota, then Madagascar sends over their quota based on population. After that you can place your order, but there's a 2-3k minimum. It opens for a week or two then closes for 4-6 years.
