lumps developing on the head above nostrils

Hi i have spoke to you before about my female i belive that she has a cold i have begone to notice that lumps are developing above each nostril on the top of the head she is only 3 months old and i have spoke to the breeder that i got her from and he has said just keep everything the same as my male i perfectly fine and has doubeled in size over the passed two weeks.

Hi there, sorry to hear your cham isn't doing well :(

The first step is to fill out the "how to ask for help" form. That will give us information about your husbandry and feeding. It only takes a few mins but is really worth it so members might be able to pin point what the problem may be. If you've already filled one out then provide the link so we can view it.
Also pics would be very helpful.

If you think that your cham is really going down hill, showing any of these symptoms: not eating, sleeping during the day, not drinking, breathing with mouth open, wheezing or popping sound when he breaths, mucus around nose and mouth. Then I suggest taking it to the vet right away so they can put it on medication to treat a possible upper respiratory infection (URI) which in essence is a cham cold that could possibly lead to death if it's serious and goes untreated.
Chameleon Info:

* Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
* Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
* Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
* Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
* Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
* Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
* History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.


Cage Info:

* Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
* Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
* Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
* Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
* Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
* Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
* Location - Where are you geographically located?


Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.
 
* Your Chameleon - blue bar ambanja panther chameleon, female, three months old been in my care for two weeks been sick for 1 and 1/2 weeks
* Handling - not at all
* Feeding - brown crickets two feeds of 6-8 one feed when they get up second feed at 4 o'clock with blender up vegies
* Supplements - calcium is calypso evey feed multi-vit nutrobal 2 times a month as it contains d3
* Watering - misting bottle 3 times a day yes but not as much as before
* Fecal Description - very dark nearly black no has not been treated for paristits
* History - none at all


Cage Info:

* Cage Type - Exo terra 18x18x24 glass with screen top carn't get full screen in UK
* Lighting - Zoo med repty sun 5.0 linear bulb on at 7;00am of at 8;00pm
* Temperature - 85-90 basking 75-85 ambient night 65-75 Lowest overnight is 69 measured bt digital thermometers
* Humidity - 65% not misted 80% when misted by a misting bottle by a digital hydrometer
* Plants - small ficus
* Placement - not near any 1 foot off the floor
* Location - leeds UK
 
Can you post a picture of the chameleon please?

If the bumps are infected then they will need to be treated....but I can't tell anything from just a description.
