Help! Hard lump in female veiled Chameleon’s Belly!!!!

I just noticed my female chameleon has a very hard lump in her stomach. I tried looking it up but there are a million things that could be wrong. Right now I don’t have a lot of extra money to take her to the vet! She is eating and acting normal otherwise! Help me please!

I think your female Chamaeleo calyparatus may have a parasite of something foreign internally. I cannot say from just pictures. You should save some and go to a vet for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

We can only assume but it better to make an appointment to get X-rays, testing done.
