Lump under tail

Hi everyone. I have noticed that my 1 year old veiled has a lump under his tail. Is this normal? Please have a look at the pics and let me know. He is also peeing and pooping less. Could it be an impact?

It looks normal to me too. Sometimes after Omar is just finished pooping his vent will sort of pook out then after a minute or two looks normal again. Maybe you caught him indisposed?

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that his male bits in there? mine has the same and it's always there. You can see it moving when he is having a dump! Lol

I can't recall seeing a male veiled with a bulge quite like that. Is this new? If he's always had it, it is probably normal. If it's new, it could be impacted sperm plugs causing the bulge. Is it squishy?

It's not squishy but not rock solid either.
