Atlas finished shedding about 2 days ago, recently he hasn't shown as much as an interest in food, and he now climbs upside down on the roof of the cage under the Uvb, just wanted to know if this is normal. He ate more today which is a good sign.

How hot is it by his basking branch? Has he ever gotten tested for parasties? How old is he? How often and how much do you feed him?

85-90 degrees by branch. No for parasites. He is 6 months old and I feed him twice a day. 9-11 crickets each time

Isn't 90 a little to high for a 6 month old? I usually keep them at like 83 to 85 to about a year old and that's about the time I would either feed less food everyday or feed the same every other. My one panther skully just went through a hunger strike and I stopped feeding for 3 days and boy was he happy when he seen food. Also I don't know if you offer a varietyof insects or not but it helps my main feeders are supers and crickets and I get either silk or horn worms once a week and always have phoenix worms hes big but still loves them just a couple of thoughts

I have had many chameleons refuse food for days, only to jump at the chance at a slug or snail, or moth, or stick insect. Switch it up and offer him some different food. They do get bored. Here's an article with a bit of information: http://reptiles.guru/chameleon/do-chameleons-have-taste-buds-the-importance-of-gutloading/

He may not like the insects you are offering, or the supplement, or even the gutload you are using. Switch it up and it's highly likely he will go for something he likes immediately.
