What are good places in a room to keep a chameleon cage. I saw that a closet was good because it can keep humidity. But do you know any thing else?

A room with little traffic. Don't let AC vent blow on him.

I just have mine in my bedroom. Very little traffic and is dark at night. During the day they get to watch me sleep (I’m primarily a night owl).

Articles I've been reading suggest near a window—east-facing is preferable.

Mine is in my bedroom near the window. I close the blinds at night and open them during the day. He seems to enjoy looking outside and the natural sung light helps the plants out a lot. That’s what works best for me but there are other options too. I would not recommend a closet however. Humidity can be kept up in other ways. I have a misting system on a timer that I got from amazon that works great.
