Location of Cage

I want to put my Chameleon that I purchased in the same room as my Black and White tegu. Now the cages would be close together, but they would not be able to see each other. My question is would one of the two sense the other one and drive them insane? Should I take other precautions?

As long as they cant see each other i'd imagine they would be fine

Has your tegu had a recent fecal done?
My only concern would be parasites.

no a recent fecal has not been done. But, my tegu and bearded who have been in the same room together have never showed any signs of sickness.

Doesn't matter. You still should have one done. They don't have to be showing signs of sickness to have parasites. I agree with Brad.
