just noticed on my plan.. small bug.. Not ants but very few near her poop. not like flies but real small.. Sign of needing to replace the whole tree?

Yikes! I dont know what that is, but it cant be good!!

I would get that plant out of there PDQ and either clean and re-pot it, or dump it!!

I'd be more worried about why that slime is there. It looks like really rotten vegetation.
