Arizona is a big state with lots of geographical and climatological diversity.
Last time I was there, it was 110F in the valley (Elev. 1086), and 32F at the rim of The Canyon (Elev. 6804), which is over a mile higher.

O.T. I highly recommend everyone see The Canyon in person at least once in their lifetime—no photographs or videos can do it justice. We found the experience life-changing and quite spiritual.

I’m totally against all these oils and stuff people are diffusing in their homes! I think it’s very dangerous. We just haven’t seen the evidence of it yet but we will in a few years.

I think we are seeing it—just in a different form—vaping.
As vaping is to smoking, diffusing oils is to second-hand smoke.

Okay thanks for providing that info good read i did not know that! My brother and dad have asthma so I’ll show this to my mom

I have severe asthma as well and I think they are bad. I did a little research a while ago and everything I read said it is harmful to your lungs whether you have asthma or not. As to whether they treat fungal infections or not, show me the eveidence! If you have a fungal infection and you want to treat it with essential oils, a better way would be to put the oil on the fungal infection, not inhale it. God made our lungs to breath air only!

A lot has been studied/written about essential oils, so if you enter essential oils in the search window, it will give you quite a few sub-choices. I would not be surprised if contradicting studies/papers are found—that's often the way of things.

i meant if it kills fungus infections by breathing it in the air show me the evidence. I don’t believe you can kill a fungus infection in your body by breathing some of these essential oils people are diffusing in their homes.

No argument. I simply don't know (IDK). My knowledge of/experience with essential oils is limited.
