lights on, to feed time - what appropriate time

I give my chams about an hour of "light time" before I offer them food- (water comes on w/ the lights) is this long enough? sometimes they seem to be a bit "slow" to eat - how long does it take for their body to reach a safe feeding temp
the Jax have 40 wt ( 82 bask) and the panthers have 90 wt ( 89 bask) they all seem to stay under the lights for over the hour- would it be best to change the feeding time to late morning -

Because I am slow getting everything done so i am ready to feed, mine always have at least 2 hours, or 3, if I am really bad, I wait till the start yelling after 4 hours. Bad Mommy

My frilly/cham/beardy want fed within 1min of lights on. If the beardy/frilly have left over food from the night before, you can here munching as soon as the lights come on. If i dont feed them within 2 hours, there is a good chance none of the crew will want to eat that day. They have busy lives so if they dont get fed breakfast they dont have time to work it into the schedule later. I mean who can work in lunch during the hetick schedule of; sit on rock, look out window, crawl under furniture, get stuck, get pissed about getting unstuck, hang out behind door...

My chameleons are all different. Two will not eat until after they've basked for at least 30 minutes, the other one is more "flexible". I think maybe it depends on the individual.
