lights off during summer?

my enclosure is outside in partial shade. some sun between 10 and 2.

day time temps are in upper 90s. should I leave lights off?

The little buggers only need 2 hours of direct sun per week. I would say you are good.
Still my guys would not be happy with upper 90's air temps, they start looking for cool spots when it gets mid 80's here. Madagascar and Yemen are sunny and 75 most of the time. Yemen can even had frosts where the chams need to find low spots/pockest else they B ded.
