Lighting

I was wondering if it was ok to leave the lights on for a little longer than 12 hours. The only reason they might be is if I turn them on at 9am and I get off work at 10 or 11pm then they were on for 13 or 14 hours. Is that ok?

I have my light on for 14 hours during summer. I change my lights to do as outside is doing so it is often over or under 12 hours.

You could also just get a timer. They are like ten bucks at Home Depot. Just something to keep in mind for any future situations
