Led bar lights

So I jut installed some cool led bar light inside the back panels of my cages,
They can be red white green blue and they can all be controlled, my question is when can these lights be useful, there not inferred so I think they can see it. The question is when , maybe I can put the lights on right before bed, and turn them ff after 15 20 mins ,but does a Jackson or a fracegullreally need one of thes infored lights for night?

Chameleons do not need any lights at night and I've read that some chameleons do not like the color red. If the temperture in your house drops below 60 at night then you can use a ceramic bulb for heat.
