My baby chamie keeps laying on the wood in his tank, why can this be?

He really should not have wood in his tank-this can lead to impaction, and he really should not be laying on it. Is he eating, drinking, moving around?

Yes he is moving around and eating, he has wooden type sticks in his tank to walk along, you can see them in the photos i have up loaded a while back.

Okay, his temp is 84, he has a uvb light 14w, heat light 20w, water bowl which he does use with a air stone as well as i spary him 4 times a day. he is in a exo terra tank which i also had my last one in 30 x 30 x 45 cm 12" x 12" x 18" (WxDxH) . hes 3 months old now, always eating x

Yes it that normal???my last chamie didnt do any of that, guess everyone is not the same

Almost all of mine lounge in their basking spots. In fact one of mine lounges with its front feet hanging on either side of the branch.

Are his eyes always open during the day?
Is he able to lift his trunk (stand up high with straight legs)
Are his limbs straight?

He walks around and moves when i go into his tank to get him out, hes just chilling out i hope?
His eyes are open all the time and eating well.
